These terms govern RIMAYS CV. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of CV content. Contact support@rimays.com for service questions.

Plans and payments

Basic is free. The one-CV package permanently unlocks the selected CV. Plus and Pro provide 30 days of account-wide access and do not renew automatically. Promotional and normal pricing, currency, taxes, and provider conversion charges are shown before payment. Paid access may be withdrawn after expiry, reversal, or refund. See our refund policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of CV content and grant RIMAYS the limited permission required to store, process, render, back up, and display it according to your sharing settings. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content. Public links should be shared carefully.

Exports and availability

You are responsible for reviewing generated CVs before use. Browser, printer, and recruitment-system behaviour can vary, so no particular employment or ATS result is guaranteed. We may maintain, change, or suspend features for security and reliability. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of competent Malaysian courts.
