These terms govern RIMAYS CV. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of CV content. Contact support@rimays.com for service questions.

Plans and payments

Basic is free. Plus is a one-time USD $10 PayPal payment that provides 30 days of access. It does not renew automatically. At expiry the account returns to Basic, and you may make another payment to renew. Paying before expiry adds another 30 days to the existing end date. Taxes and PayPal currency conversion may apply. Plus may be withdrawn after a reversed or refunded payment. See our refund policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of CV content and grant RIMAYS the limited permission required to store, process, render, back up, and display it according to your sharing settings. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content. Public links should be shared carefully.

Exports and availability

You are responsible for reviewing generated CVs before use. Browser, printer, and recruitment-system behaviour can vary, so no particular employment or ATS result is guaranteed. We may maintain, change, or suspend features for security and reliability. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of competent Malaysian courts.
