RIMAYS operates RIMAYS CV. Privacy, access, correction, export, and deletion requests may be sent to privacy@rimays.com.

Information we process

We process account details from RIMAYS Identity, CV content, profile photos, template settings, public-sharing preferences, view counts, payment and access status, and support communications. CVs can contain contact, employment, education, and other personal information that you choose to provide.

Purposes and disclosure

We use this information to authenticate you, save and render CVs, provide sharing and exports, verify PayPal payments, secure the service, and provide support. We disclose only what is necessary to hosting, authentication, payment, security, and professional service providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Public sharing and retention

CVs and photos remain private unless you enable public sharing. Anyone with an enabled public link may view its contents, so avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for recovery, legal obligations, disputes, and fraud prevention.

Security and choices

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted photo storage, and backups. You can disable public sharing, edit or delete CVs, and request account deletion. Some billing or security records may be retained where legally required.
