RIMAYS CV is operated by RIMAYS TRADING, a Malaysian registered business. This page explains the merchant information, digital delivery method, payment security, receipt details and refund process for paid RIMAYS CV access.

Product, price and currency

RIMAYS CV Basic is free. RIMAYS CV Plus is a digital service that adds unlimited saved CVs, professional templates, custom colours, background themes, unbranded export and additional design controls. The current Plus price shown at checkout is USD 10.00 for 30 days of access unless the centralized billing page displays a different active plan price. The total cost and currency are displayed before payment.

Payment security

Checkout is handled through the RIMAYS centralized billing hub and a secure hosted payment provider. RIMAYS does not store full card numbers, CVV or card expiry data. Card transactions must use 3D Secure where required by the gateway or issuer. The service uses HTTPS, account authentication, audit records, origin checks and fraud-monitoring controls.

Delivery method

RIMAYS CV Plus is delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping, courier or parcel tracking number. Access is activated in the user account after the billing hub confirms a successful transaction. The billing page displays the plan, status, access period and payment reference where available.

Receipt and confirmation

After successful payment, the billing page shows the merchant trading name, website URL, transaction amount, currency, transaction date, payment reference or authorization reference where provided, product description and refund policy link. A confirmation notice is shown in the app and may also be sent by email or by the payment provider.

Returns and refunds

Digital access cannot be physically returned. Refund requests are handled under the RIMAYS CV refund policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where possible and may remove the related Plus access.

Customer acceptance

Before starting a paid checkout, customers must expressly accept the terms of use and this payment, delivery and refund policy.
