Payments and refunds

Plus is a one-time payment for 30 days and does not renew automatically. When access expires, you choose whether to pay again.

You may request a refund of a first payment within seven days by emailing billing@rimays.com. Renewals and partially used access periods are normally non-refundable unless required by law or the service was materially unavailable. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal to the original funding method and may end Plus access.

Include your account email, payment date, application name, and PayPal transaction reference. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
