Payments and refunds

The one-CV package is a single permanent unlock. Plus and Pro are one-time payments for 30 days of access. Promotional and normal prices are shown before checkout. There is no automatic renewal.

You may request a refund of a first payment within seven days by emailing billing@rimays.com. Repeat purchases and partially used access periods are normally non-refundable unless required by law or the service was materially unavailable. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal to the original funding method and may end the related paid access.

Include your account email, payment date, application name, and PayPal transaction reference. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
